TV Fitness!
Here’s an easy
way to fit in some fitness and fun for the entire family:
Enjoy watching your favorite tv shows, but turn each
commercial break into a fitness break! |
Challenge your significant
other and children to see who can do the most crunches, push-ups,
jumping jacks, straight jumps, tricep dips, or leg raises
during each commercial break. Commercials usually run either
30 seconds to 60 seconds, so you can choose several exercises
for each commercial break.
