BEGINNING STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

If you’re new to weight training, this is for you. Each of the following programs is designed to strengthen every major muscle group. Once you decide how many days a week you can commit to training and if you’re going to join a health club or work out at home, choose the program that works for you and begin your transformation!

INTERMEDIATE STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS:

Once you’ve completed 4-6 weeks of a beginning strength training program, you’ll be ready to graduate to an intermediate program. These programs must be individually suited to meet your very specific goals.

At this point, I’ll need to work closely with you to set goals and show you how to accomplish them. Contact me directly to take your training program to the next level!

Price: $150.00 for the first month.
$100 for each additional month.

You’ve spent years dreaming of the “Big Day” and as it approaches, you want to look your absolute best! Imagine the confidence you’ll feel taking the stage or walking down the aisle knowing you’ve prepared yourself to the best of your ability! I am an expert in Body Shaping and can help you create the figure you’ve always dreamed of.
Each program is individually created with your goals in mind. Contact me about preparing for your special event!
